Benalmádena Pueblo’s August fair, up the hill from the coast.

Benalmádena’s feria is in the pueblo, not the beach resort — a white village up the hill with views down over the coast. It runs around 15 August, and a romería up to the shrine happens earlier in the month.

Coming up from Benalmádena Costa or Arroyo de la Miel takes fifteen minutes and changes the character of the evening entirely.
