Feria y Fiestas Mayores, Estepona

Estepona holds its main fair in early July, with a daytime fair in the centre and a night fairground. It also runs a romería for San Isidro Labrador in mid-May, which is a different and much more rural affair.

Estepona has spent the last decade planting its old town with flowers and murals, and it is now the most pleasant centre on the western stretch of the coast.
