Feria de San Bernabé, Marbella

Marbella’s fair honours San Bernabé, whose day is 11 June, and runs about a week around it. Like Málaga it splits: a daytime fair in the old town, and a night fairground away from it.

The old town is the part worth seeing — Marbella has a genuine Andalusian centre behind the reputation, and feria week is when it is most itself.
