Jerez is horse country and sherry country, and its May feria is built around both. Carriages and riders fill the Parque González Hontoria through the afternoons in a way no other Andalusian feria matches, and the casetas pour fino and manzanilla from the town that makes them.
It runs Saturday to Saturday. The exact week is set by the ayuntamiento each year and is usually published in the autumn before, so treat any date more than a year out as provisional.
